About

I am Art Armstrong. I currently live in Seattle, WA and I am a web developer, gamer, tinkerer, and pretty much all around dork.

I got my start with computers when I was around 13 years old and I built my first computer. Ever since then I have been building, fixing, designing, customizing, and working on computers as a means to fun and money. I have grown up playing computer games, which is what intially sparked my interest, and I probably will for a long time to come. During the downtime between games I started to get interested in making some websites. They started as small pages with frames and lots of neon colors. But over the years I honed my skills and taught myself a lot. Then when it was time to go to college I decided to start down the path of computer science. I learned a lot of useful information that transferred into what I know now but the road of computer science wasnt for me, so at the last minute I decided to switch my major into Web Development.

I currently work for BLUETUX as the lead developer and have been working some freelance for them over the years. Working for this company has opened a lot of doors for me. It has given me the ability to learn and find new ways of helping the customer acheive what they want and need. Although the company is small it has been growing tremendously and we have some exciting new products and services that will be available soon.

So to make a long story short, keep checking out my blog and you will see some interesting and exciting things happening in the days to come.
